1. Feeding wheel: conveying wire, stripping head. When the wire stripping machine strips the short wire, the wire stripping machine strips the wire head and the wire tail (the length of the wire is less than 50mm) at the same time. In addition to stripping the wire head, it also has the function of stripping the middle part.
2. Export wheel: transport steel wire material, stripping and stripping machine export tail. (The stripping machine has no function when stripping short wires, so the "exit wheel lifting knob" is in the "u" position)
3. Wire feed wheel gap adjustment knob: adjust the wire feed wheel gap of the wire feeder, increase the upward rotation gap, and reduce the downward rotation gap (adjusted according to the thickness of the wire).
4. Control knob for adjusting the pressure of the wire feeding wheel of the wire stripping machine: adjust the feeding wheel pressure of the wire stripping machine, rotate clockwise after pulling out, and the pressure of the wire feeding wheel increases continuously. Reel pressure can be reduced. (It is determined according to the strength of the wire skin of the wire in our country, that is, the difficulty of stripping the wire skin, the pressure gradually increases if it is difficult, and the pressure and decrease if it is easy)
5. Lift the feeding wheel: when passing through the peeling machine, lift the feeding wheel, lift the wire wheel smoothly, turn the feeding wheel clockwise, turn the feeding wheel clockwise, lower the feeding wheel, and press the thread.
6. Adjustment control knob for the clearance of the outlet pulley: Adjust the clearance of the outlet pulley of the system for the wire stripper. The clearance can be increased by rotating upward, and the clearance by rotating downward is gradually reduced (adjusted according to the thickness of the wire in our country).
7. Pressure adjustment knob: It is used for the peeling machine to adjust the pressure of the wire wheel. When it is pulled out, it rotates counterclockwise to increase the pressure of the wire wheel. When it is pulled out, it rotates clockwise to reduce the pressure of the wire wheel. According to the strength of the wire, that is, the wire stripper is easy to strip, it is difficult to increase the pressure, and it is easy to reduce the pressure
8. Wire wheel lifting knob: When taking out the wire, lift the wire wheel, rotate the knob to lift the wire wheel counterclockwise, so that the wire can be taken out smoothly. When using a short peel procedure, the roll should be raised
9. Tool holder assembly: In the wire stripping machine, it is responsible for cutting the wire, stripping the head and the tail. In the state of downtime, the upper and lower blades need to be opened to the largest in China, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the wire.
