What are the technological processes of the automatic terminal machine?
1. Turn on the power supply of a fully automatic terminal machine, and the power system indicator light is on.
2. Note that there are obvious abnormal sounds inside and outside the machine. If there is a pause, maintenance personnel should determine if maintenance is required.
3. Knife selection and installation: The tool installation is operated by designated personnel. Before the tool installation, manual comparison should be carried out to check whether the selected blades match. After the tool installation is completed, manual testing should be carried out. First, turn off the power of the fully automatic terminal press, press the down button, and use the special trigger to shake the master and slave wheels to maximize the stamping stroke of the terminal press. If the hand does not move, consider whether the pressure is too large, etc. . Checked and debugged to OK. Before operation, check each locking screw to make sure that it is not loosened.
4. Loading: Install the terminal machine that needs to be opened, adjust the feeding pressure plate with the hexagon socket plate, so that the automatic terminal machine can pass easily, visually check whether the feeding position is suitable, if it is not suitable, adjust it, and loosen the locking screw with the socket socket hand. , screw adjustment screw, adjust the state, and then lock the feeding locking screw to start work.
5. Test the tension: After the machine is adjusted to OK, take the waste wire and try to do the tension test. The main reference values are shown in the tensile test comparison table. The specific operation method is as follows. Press the zero button of the tensile test to the zero position, clamp the terminal wire under test, and carry out the test. If the measured tension is not within the standard range, ask the mechanic to readjust until the standard value is reached.
6. Trial production of 10PCS will be sent to IPQC for first piece confirmation. After the inspection is OK, economical batch production can be started. In the process of production development, operator management must pass the self-check to see if there are any defects such as rubber encapsulation and hanging necks between the terminals. , and analyze the terminal machine tensile test every 1 hour.
7. After the production is completed, classify the good products and waste, and clean the environment around the automatic terminal.
