The first point is to check whether the products in the previous process are qualified.

2. Check if the tangent lengths are the same.
The second point is that the tool and the terminal match, and after proper adjustment, the following standards must be met;
1. The terminal is not deformed after crimping;
2. There should be a bell mouth on the crimping side of the terminal, and it is not allowed to cause undesirable phenomena such as flying wire and glue;
3. After crimping, the shrapnel remains in its original shape;
4. After crimping, the tension of the crimping line and the tension of the rubber should meet the tension standard.
The third point is to strictly check the quality of crimping to ensure the normal operation of the automatic terminal machine.
