3. The special lubricating oil for rotary cutter slider should be added at least once a week.
4. Keep the machine workbench clean.
5. Regular cleaning (including all tool groups and transmission groups, etc.).
6. Regularly clean the cooling fan filters on both sides, and recommend replacing the filters half a year.
Daily maintenance of automatic terminal machine
1. The punching guide of the terminal machine must be added every hour to wet the oil hole on the top of the terminal machine. It is recommended to add 2-3 drops of oil each time. Make sure the slides are wet enough to avoid damage.
2. Employees must clean the machine every day to remove dust, dirt and unnecessary oil stains on the surface of the machine, and pay attention not to blow the heat gun on the machine to prevent dust from blowing onto the machine and causing unexpected common failures.
3. The terminal's main speed bearing must be greased weekly. The specific steps are as follows: open the back cover of the terminal machine → delete the spring drive pulley → delete the pulley → butter (evenly wipe the surface of the high-speed bearing) → recovery (note: during the entire production process of pulley disassembly, pay attention to the loss of bearing steel balls).
